This project was a live brief presented by a relatively new housing developers, Harrington Homes, located in Ivybridge. My aim for this project was to design a show home that would help to sell the properties. For this project I had a budget of £8,000 to design a chosen flat from the provided floorplan by Harrington Homes.

The design I have created is focused towards first time family buyers who are looking for a contemporary interior to move into. In this project I wanted to be more bold with colour and make a scheme that is bright and creative. I wanted to flat to stand out and really capture the viewers attention by the inspiring pops of colour.
